研究领域
年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)是55岁以上人群视力出现不可逆性严重下降甚至盲目的首要原因。干性AMD是较为常见的类型,约占AMD患者总数的85−90%。Stargardt病(STGD)是一种遗传性青少年黄斑营养不良性眼病。由Abca4基因突变引起的STGD称为STGD1,呈常染色体隐性遗传,约占STGD患者总数的95%以上,全球患病率约为1/6578,STGD1患儿步入成年期时失明。本课题组主要从事干性AMD和STGD1的发病机制及其药物开发的研究。
