研究领域
本课题组致力于卵母细胞发育过程中的分子调控机制和提高卵子质量新方法的研究,近期在Biol Reprod, Reprod BioMed Online, Environ Int., Cell Cycle, Environ Pollut.等国际学术期刊上发表系列研究论文,解析了由多种因素引起的卵子质量下降进而导致不良生殖结局。课题组利用体外卵母细胞显微操作、基因修饰、多组学分析等相关技术,以临床生殖中心样本和特定疾病动物模型为研究对象,聚焦于改善卵母细胞质量和提高辅助生殖成功率,为生殖临床不孕不育的诊治提供理论基础。主要方向包括:
1.卵母细胞减数分裂调控的分子机制;
2.重大疾病对卵母细胞质量的影响机制;
