研究领域:
研究领域为肿瘤靶向治疗,主要包括单克隆抗体和纳米药物的肿瘤靶向治疗及分子机制研究,以及光动力治疗药物研发。近期研究的肿瘤相关靶标为NRP-1和GIPC蛋白,其中NRP-1是一个细胞膜表面糖蛋白,在肿瘤和肿瘤新生血管中高表达,与肿瘤的生长、侵袭、转移密切相关,它是一个多功能细胞表面受体,参与调节VEGF、Sema、EGF、PDGF和FN等细胞因子的信号通路,与肿瘤的发生发展以及患者的预后密切相关,被认为是一个很有前景的癌症治疗靶点。

2006~2013 厦门大学高分子化学与物理专业 理学博士;
2016~2017 美国Mayo Clinic 访问学者/博士后。
